D’Echallens à Lausanne – 24 août 2025

Pour la randonnée de rentrée nous explorerons les bois du Gros de Vaud. Depuis Echallens nous suivrons une partie du “sentier du Talent” que nous avions suivi il y a quelques années mais ensuite nous nous enfoncerons dans les bois de Cugy pour rejoindre le chemin de Compostelle, qui nous conduira à Lausanne et sa cathédrale. Attention cette randonnée n’est pas une boucle car nous terminerons notre randonnée à la gare de Lausanne. Même si la randonnée semble un peu longue, elle sera sans difficulté et avec un dénivelé limité.
For our “back to work” hike, we’ll be exploring the woods of the Gros de Vaud region. From Echallens we’ll follow part of the ‘sentier du Talent’ that we followed a few years ago, but then we’ll head deeper into the woods of Cugy to join the Camino de Compostela, which will take us to Lausanne and its cathedral. Please note that this walk is not a loop, as we will finish at Lausanne station. Although the walk may seem a little long, it will not be difficult, and the difference in altitude will be limited.
